Nelson is a great optometrist that honest with lens recommendation and doesn’t hard sell expensive unnecessary products to his clients. He is good at detecting eye abnormalities like cataract, he always explain thoroughly and make sure clients are comfortable with his glasses.

Had my specs done at here on Friday. Service was excellent and eye examination was done patiently and professionally. It just took them a day to get the specs ready for collection. Highly recommend to those who want to find a proper optometrist in Penang to come here definitely one of the best one I’ve been too. Price is ok too for those who are wondering

I visited this place to get my eyes checked, and throughout the whole process, Mr Nelson explained and answered cogently on all my doubts and insecurities on eye care with an affable attitude, hence making our repartee more convivial. This subsequently made me feel valued every step of the way. Mr Nelson plies his trade assiduously, even though I came just for an eye examination. I had my spectacle made 1.5 or 2 years ago with Dr. Ooi when the shop newly opened. One year later I brought my spectacle for tightening up the screws, and Dr. Ooi gladly help me to clean my spectacle with an ultrasonic machine and tightening up the screws. Now after another 6 month's I brought my spectacle for tightening up the screws, again Dr Ooi help me to clean my spectacle with an ultrasonic machine and do full eye check for me.

And this time I have to make another new set of spectacle because of my eyes power changed and I want to see better.
